The Company's approach to construction is more vertical than most. The company employs many of its own employees to perform concrete work, structural steel erection, carpentry and door and window installation. On larger projects, where this is not practical, specialty foremen supervise subcontractor work in these trades. Both skilled and unskilled tradesmen are given paid time off and seasonal bonuses (when applicable) thereby effecting an extremely low workforce turnover.
